Humphrey Fullerton Will, 16 July 1775, Frederick County, VA WB 4:577.

I Humphrey Fullerton of Frederick County being of perfect health and sound memory have thought it fit and proper to make and ordain this my last Will Testament before ??? for Boston. IMPRIMIS I give my body to the Earth from whence it came & My Soul I recommend to the Allmighty God - Item I give all my worldly Estate of every kind and property whatsoever to my well beloved wife Ann Fullerton that is my Land in Case my father has or Does give me any my Debts and every Other estate or property of any Kind whatsoever. I do appoint & Constitute Ann Fullerton my whole and sold Extr of this my Last will and Testament Sign & Seal this 16th day of July Anno Dom. One thousand seven hundred and seventy five.

At a Court held for Frederick County the 4th day of Dec 1781. This Last will and Testament of Humphrey Fullerton decd, was proved by the oath of Andrew McKinny witness thereto and ordered to be Recorded and on the motion of Ann Fullerton the Extr therein named & Certificate is granted her for Obtaining a probate thereof in due form she having made oath there and with security entered into and acknowledged bond Conditioned as the Law directs
