waters of Wood River (New River). Witnesses: David Cloyd, Israel

November Court 1773 - An indenture of Bargain and Sale from John
McFarland unto John Finley was proved by the Oaths of James McFarland
and Jn. Montgomery Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Certified

Gasper Kinder on Jury duty in prosecution against Duncan O'Gullion
for maintaining the Authority of the King of great Britain and
Levying was against the People of this State (Summers, p.
710).
7 September 1779 - On the complaint of Robert McFarelane against
Daniel Etter for certain offences committed against the Government of
this State the prisoner being heard in his defense the Court were of
opinion that the sd. Etter be tried by a Jury according to the act of
Assembly declaring what shall be certain offences (Summers, p.
723).
3 November 1779 - Ordered that the following sums be paid the
following persons for Patrolling out of County Levy ... James
