I hereby give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Eleanor all my Estate, both real, and personal, and this I declare to be my Last will and Testament, revoking all former wills as witness my hand and seal this 13th Day of Aprill, seventeen, Hundred & sixty two - n/s the words and seals was interlined before signing, ---

On the twenty seventh Day of August 1766 came John Shanks one of the subscribing Evidences to the within last will & Testament of Alexander Mcfarlane late of the County afsd ????& made oath on the Holy Evangles of Almighty God, that he did see the said Alexander Mcfarlane, this Testator therein named, sign and seal this will and Testament, and at the time of his so doing he was to the best of his apprehension of perfect sane & of sound & disposing mind & memory & understanding and that he respectively subscribed his name, as a witness to the said will in the presence & at the request of the afsd, Testator, and that he did see John Carroll, and Agnes Wafer, the other, Subscribing witnesses, Subscribe their names thereto as Evidencies - Sworn before, Steinth(?) Edwards Deputy

You Elinor Mcfarlane as administratix of Alexander Mcfarlane solemnly makes oath on the Holy Evangels that the within is the only True last will and Testament of Alexander Mcfarlane, late deceased that ha come to your hands possession acknowledges. Sworn before Stoust(?) Edwards, Deputy.
