I John Moore of the County of Muskingum in the State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following that is to say, First it is my wish that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second the place that I now reside on in the township of Jefferson in the County of Muskingum and State of Ohio containing one hundred and twenty eight acres to be kept and not disposed of for my children to live on until the younger become the age of one and twenty. Third that all my personal property that is to say, horses, cattle, sheep, hogs and gees(?) with all my farming utensils(?), grain that is fit for use and grain that is in the ground be kept and disposed of by my said children as they may need also my household furniture, and that a certain --st of land currently not(?) in the County of Muskingum the ?????? in the state of Pennsylvania to be sold if any(?) one of children. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my two brothers Robert and James Moore to be the executors of this my last will and testament making and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of January 1832.
