Pursuent to an order of the Augusta County Court of date Feb 23rd 1824 the undersigned Commissioners have examined the accts of the estate of John Finley decd and find good vouchers produced by William Patrick agent for the Exr of said Estate excepting one Item of five Dolls & eight cents paid to William Faucet which he states is lost or mislaid amounting on the debit side as above stated to fifteen hundred forty three dollars & 25 cents & on the Credit side to sixteen hundred one dollars & 12 cents which on adding a Commission of five per cent to the agent William Patrick for Collection leaves a ballance due to him of twenty two dolls & ninety one cents which is respectfully submitted.
