1769 - Robt. Finley listed as representative at Sinking Spring on Cautaba & James
River (located across Sinking Creek from Fincastle ... continues to be the
Fincastle Church). Robert Finley identified as a person coming from Tinkling
Spring background, along with George Breckenridge. (Wilson, page 170-71).
