Surveyd for Saml Fendley (also of Isham Talbot) 297 acres of Land situate in

Bedford County & Lying on the Brs of Beaverdam Creek, and Bounded as follows viz.

Beginning a Painters(?) in John Fendleys line, Thence along his lines S13E 36

poles to his Co. (fell down) S77W 148 poles to a Spanish Oak Thence new Lines

S34E 130 poles to a white Oak E 84 poles to a Red Oak N20E 10 poles to a Chesnut

S85E 34 poles to a Chesnut S20E 48 poles to a wh,o N78E 24 poles to a Chesnut

N55E 20 poles to a Chesnut N40W 44 poles to a Chesnut N12E 20 poles to a Gum N60E

58 poles to a Red Oak N24 E 80 poles to a R,o N77W 44 poles to a Chest W 20 poles

to a white Oak and Thence N45W 68 poles to the first Station.
