25 June 1750 - Margaret Fendly of parish of St. Anns, Albemarle County by virtue
of the last will and testament of her deceased husband James Fendly has intered
in 350 acres on the south side of the Fluvanna River where she lives for term of
her natural life; reversion belongs to James Fendly, son of Margaret; in
consideration of love and affection, assigns 150 acres to son, James. Signed:
