Survey for James Finley the annexed Figure of Land containing 310 acres lying in Fincastle County on the south Fork of red Breck and bounded as follows Beginning at 9 white oak saplins corner to Michael Stiffy(?) Smith's line

 

S 6 E 136 poles to a Hiccory and black oak saplin

S 25 E 126 to a white oak by a small branch

N 768 E 176 to a white oak saplin

S 30 E 126 to three white oak saplins

S ? E 56 to a Hiccory Chesnut and white oak saplin

N 70 E 54 to a white oak

N 25 W 154 to two white oak saplins on the Mash line and with S 68 W 20 to four

white oak saplins corner to the Mack survey

N 18 W 148 crossing the South Fork to two white oak saplins

N 74 W 252 poles to the Beginning

This land was surveyed by virtue of the order of Council of Dec 17th 1773 and part of the Loyd Company's Grant
