Know all men by these presents that we the under written subscribers legatees of John Findley Deceased we for our Selves and heirs forever granted and by these presents do make Over and assign, all our Claims rights & Titles to all those lands possessed or Claimed by said John Findley Deceased which lands are situated upon the waters of Coddle Creek and Rocky River in Cabar(ila?) County and State of North Carolina and upon which said John Findley Deceased formerly lived unto George Findley also legatee of the said John Findley his heirs executors Administrators vz. by him to be held and possessed or disposed of as aforesaid George Findly may think fit. In conformation of our agreement to the Above Conditions we have annexed our hands and Seals at the date prefixed to our names.
