17 June 1797 - No. 942 Survey'd for Robert Finley one Hundred Acres of Land in Rutherford County lying on the waters of Cleghorns Creek between John Whearys & his own line Beginning at a Post Oak on his own line & on the East side of the Creek thence South thirty three East twenty two poles to a Chesnut Whearys Corner thence with Wheary's line North Fifty seven East thirty poles to a post oak on Sd. line thence South twenty nine East Eighty poles to a Black Oak thence South forty West one Hundred & fifty poles +ing Drureys fork to a Chestnut thence North forty Seven West one Hundred & seven poles +ing the Creek to a Stake in his own line thence with said line to the Beginning the 17th of June 1797.
