20 March 1830 - Letters of Administration issued to Robert McWilliams.

20 March 1830 - Warrant of Appointment issued to Robert McWilliams; appraisers

appointed: Saml Given, Robert McLeane, Newborn Troller, G.A. Fleming, J.R. Hood.

Inventory included negro woman Nina, negro girl Milisa, negro girl Emaline,

negro boy Eli. Total value of estate = $748.51; 25 May 1830; personal property

bought by Mary Sulivan (all except 5 items, included slaves), Robt I. (J?) Moore,

Thos M. Bratton (cow and calf and old trunk), J.M. Lindsey.

27 July 1830 - Accounting = $822.12; statement of acceptance signed by Maryan

Sulleven.

27 July 1830 - John Carothers and Isaac I. (J?) Foster and Robert McWilliams,

issued Administration Bond. Agreement to this signed by Mary all Sulleven and

Robert McWilliams.

South Carolina

York District

I Mary Sullivan the only Daughter and sole heir at Law

of Nancy Findley decd do hereby consent and request the ordinary for York

District to Grant letters of administration to Col(?) R McWilliams of the goods

and chattles of my said mother, Nancy Findley decd. and I desire the same to be

done immediatly as the Estate is in danger of being wasted without an immediate

administration.
