John Finley record in Miller County, State of Arkansas, 27th May 1837

This day personally appeared before me William Skurlock Deputy Clerk for John

Fouler Clerk for Miller County - John S(?) Finley & made oath that

Williamson & Bowerman owners of the Reel Boat Sup Boy have in their

possession the following property 73 barrels of pork 79 barrels of flour 19

barrels of sugar of the supposed value of 3500 dollars which is his property &

that he is lawfully entitled to the possession thereof and that the said

defendants unlawfully aclaims the same
