Governor of VA to James Hall by patent dated 5 June 1795. Ohio County Book 5:233.

28 March 1810, William Downing to William Chaplin, Jr., Abraham McCulloch, HermanQuackhouse(?), $1200 drawn on Bank at Washington, PA, $1700 until the expiration of three months, 326 acres, witnesses: William Downing Jr., David Downing, Oliver Crawford, (very difficult to read).
