History: part of larger tract of 460 acres which Jacob Weaver, Esquire, late High Sheriff of Berks, deed bearing date 13 May 1760, granted to George Rihm and wife Anna Maria; to Christian Roinigin and wife Catherine, 23 March 1762; to Daniel Will, 3rd day of sixth month 1767; also refers to son, Daniel Will.
