and Martha A. Head, J.H. Adsett and Ann Adsett to Erastus B. Tully, 219 acres, 3

February 1872, DB 54:66, Logan County, KY.

Whereas on the 3rd day of February 1872, we William L. Yarbrough, Nancy Yarbrough, Eliza DeWitt formerly Yarbrough, L.B. DeWitt the husband of sd. Eliza, John Head and Martha A. Head and J.H. Adsett and Ann Adsett formerly Yarbrough being the widow heirs of Benjamin D. Yarbrough decd. late of Logan County Ky did sell and convey to Erastus B. Tully of said County and State the tract of land whereon said Yarbrough Deceased resided Containing Two hundred & Nineteen acres for the sum of Three Thousand five hundred Dollars which sum has been paid in full. The Conveyance to said tract of land to said Tully is of record in the Logan County Court Clerks office and recorded in Deed Book No 45, Pages 443 & 444. Now we the said parties of the first part hereby authorize and empower the Clerk of the Logan County Court to State in the Margin where said Deed is recorded that the purchase money is satisfied & paid in full, all of which acts our said attorney shall do shall be as binding on us our heirs vc as if personally done & performed by us, Given under our hands this 27 day of October 1877.
