1705 - William Brown of Talbot and Elizabeth his wife to Robert Finley of same 200 acres called Ritch Farm. No.side Choptank R. Kings Cr. DB RF-9 p. 332.

1709 - Elizabeth Hensley of Talbot spinster to Robert Finley and Jane his wife of same, land formerly belonged to her father William Hensley mentions his LW&T dated 8 April 1699? land Hensleys Pasture So. side Wye. R 648 acres. (note: date of the will in question. If this date is correct, Jane could not be the mother of Robert Finley's children as given by Stout and others. It probably should be 1679). DB RF-1l p. 78.

15 August 1717 - Jane Ffinley widd & relict of Robert Ffinley late of Talbot Co. Md. deed to Philemon Foyd of Q.A. Co. land called Hensleys Pasture formerly belonging to Wm. Hensley. Wm. Hensley was formerly the husband of Jane Finley. Land on SW side of a creek in Wye R formerly called long toms Cr, now Jonares Cr. DB RF-12, p.302 .
