by deed bearing date 13 Sept. 1815 and $1; daughter Mary Hart provided for by Elijah, $10; son
Nathaniel's widow, Elizabeth, $50; daughter Rebecca, wife of Cornelius P. Vankirk(?) divide
$1650 in lands in Coshocton County on which "my son John has been living for some time", 460
acre tract purchased from Benjamin Fry of Coshocton County; son John, remainder of 460 acre
tract after Rebecca's share is taken out; Rebecca's daughter Phoebe, aged 7 years, to get $400
from her mother when Phoebe reaches 18; son John to care for granddaughter Sarah, daughter
of Charles Moore, decd; Pamela and Sarah children of son Nathaniel decd, each to receive
$400 out of John's estate when they reach 18; grandchild Eliza Ann Moore in New Jersey to
receive $400 when she become 18, to be paid by son John; sons Elijah and John to be executors;

household goods; son John Moore, farm in Washington County, Penn. with livestock and

Day [Bay?], $50 and a book called Burkets Notes on the New Testament in addition to $200
already paid; eldest son, Theodore W. [H.?] Moore, 80 acres deeded to Theodore 6 May 1846;
