1 January 1830 - John Moore will; homestead in Jefferson Twp., 128 acres, not to be sold before
youngest child becomes 21; personal property to children; tract of land in Hopewell Twp.,
Washington County, PA, to be sold by any of "my children;" executors to be brothers, Robert &
James Moore; witnesses, Evan F. South(?), William McClintock. Probated 6 February 1830.
[There was a James Moore in the 1840 census, Jefferson Township, with eligible female in
household; John McFarland on same page.]

In persuance of a special cort of Common Pleas held at Jamesville Muskingum County on the six
day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirty Wm McClintok Evan F (J?) Lovett and
Frederick F Preen so set off the following property for the use of the family of John Moore
deceased for one year.
