In the Name of God amen I John Caldwell

of County of August and State of Virginia being sick of body

but Perfect in Judgment and Memory make my last will

and Testament as followeth I bequeath to my beloved wife Cathe

rine Caldwell the whole management of my whole Estate

during her Widdowhood my children to be Maintained and

educated of the whole Estate and if she should chuse to Mary

then other is to have two Shears when the Estate is two be equally

divided among the Children my beloved wife Catherine Caldwell

two by my Executor and the two [?] another
